Stand Trial For Son's Dry-Ice Bomb

An Omaha mother will stand trial on accusations that she let her son
make explosives.
Dawn Martens is free on bond on felony child abuse charges and a
charge of manufacturing and possessing a destructive device.
Police said Martens 14-year-old son admitted to making a dry-ice
bomb at their home near 137th and Z streets. The boy told police his
mother knew about it.
